You will then be taken over the hill in a special winery trailer to the Findon Park Vineyard and finish by trying some vintage wines in the wine barn.
The next stop is Arundel Castle. Work started here in the 11th century, and you can still see some of the original features like the Keep and Gatehouse. Significant renovations in the 19th century developed the house into one of the finest Gothic buildings in the UK.
From there you will head to South Downs National Park where you can marvel at the gently rolling hills, unique chalk grasslands, and endless woodlands. Adonis butterflies and grey partridge can be seen here, and the south of the park includes the world-famous white cliffs.
Your driver will then take you to Chewton Glen Country House Hotel which sits right beside New Forest. A warm welcome and tasty dinner awaits you as you head to The Dining Room restaurant. Accommodation – Boringdon Hall Hotel and Spa, Plymouth, Devon (2 Nights)
Transport – Executive Vehicle & Private Chauffeur
Dinner Reservation – Àclèaf
First on the itinerary today is a journey through the New Forest National Park. Covering 220 square miles, this Site of Special Scientific Interest is a crucial habitat for bats, butterflies, and beetles, as well as 6 different reptile species, such as adder snakes and sand lizards. Weird and wonderful fungi and beautiful flowers thrive in this magical wilderness.
From there it’s on to The Jurassic Coast, England’s single natural World Heritage Site. The area is so special due to its complex geology which has taught scientists a great deal about the Mesozoic Era. But don’t worry, you don’t need to be a scientist to be awed by the dramatic cliffs and sweeping beaches.
However, the best view of the Jurassic Coast is from the sea which is why you will head out on a sightseeing cruise during which your skipper will tell you many tales of local history. You may even spot seals or dolphins while out on the waves.
Back on dry land your driver will be waiting to take you to Boringdon Hall Hotel and Spa, your accommodation for the next two nights. Dating back over 1,000 years, Boringdon Hall has a rich and exciting history. Nowadays it provides guests with luxurious surroundings in which to relax and unwind.
Dinner will be served in the hotel’s 4 AA Rosette Àclèaf restaurant. Head chef Scott Paton’s seven course tasting menu combines fresh local ingredients to create a culinary masterpiece.

Dinner Reservation – Mayflower Brasserie
Day 4 begins with a trip to Cotehele, a large Tudor house which dates back to the Medieval period. There is lots to explore here, including an ancient watermill which provided work for the local population grinding corn, and woodlands which are the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing stroll.
From there you will be taken to Dartmoor National Park. This expansive moorland area may be a rugged granite wilderness, but it is also home to many moorland farmers who work the land using traditional methods passed down over the last 4,000 years. Dartmoor residents devised special structures for carrying water across the moorland called Least, some of which are still in operation today.
A significant conservation effort has been underway for some time at Dartmoor in order to protect the many species of wildlife which call it home. Keep your eyes peeled for cuckoo’s, Marsh Fritillary butterflies, otters, and skylarks.
You will then return to Boringdon Hall, however, this evening you will be dining in the Mayflower Brasserie. With exquisite oak flooring and warm lighting, the Mayflower has a sophisticated yet relaxed ambience, the perfect backdrop for a dinner of crispy monkfish, Wagyu burger, and white chocolate mousse.
Accommodation – St Ives Harbour Hotel & Spa, St Ives, Cornwall (2 Nights)
Transport – Executive Vehicle & Private Chauffeur
Dinner Reservation – The Boathouse
First up on day 5 is an exciting trip to the Eden Project. Providing a “shop window of hope” in the fight against climate change, the Eden Project is dedicated to being an example of what people can do to make a difference for the planet.
The most eye catching element of Eden is the two huge domes, which act like giant greenhouses and host an incredible diversity of plant species. Walking through the Rainforest and Mediterranean “biomes” is like being transported across the world and is a sensory experience like no other. There are also outdoor gardens, numerous exhibitions, a zip wire, and an education and arts centre.
Having learned about the importance of the natural world, you will then be taken to Kynance Cove to see one of the delights the natural world has to offer. This stunning white sand beach is surrounded by steep stacks of rock which rise up out of the sea to form a scene which will live long in the memory.
This evening you will stay in St Ives Harbour Hotel and Spa, which is ideally located on the Cornish coastline, offering views over Porthminster Beach and the sea beyond. There is no better place to relax than in St Ives hydropool, which also boasts incredible sea views.
You will then dine in The Boathouse which commands views over Christchurch Quay. With indoor and outdoor seating, live music every Friday and Saturday, and an extensive cocktail menu, The Boathouse offers a lively, fun-filled atmosphere in which to enjoy a menu that prides itself on local produce, such as the freshly caught lobster.

Dinner Reservation – Harbour Kitchen, Bar & Terrace
Prepare to take a step back in time as you visit King Arthur’s Tintagel Castle which sits dramatically atop the cliffs of Tintagel Island. The rugged coastline is the perfect setting for a castle steeped in myth and legend. You access the island by crossing a footbridge over the rocks below, before exploring the ruined castle which was a key position for many Medieval nobles.
Legend has it that King Arthur, the famous Celtic king, was conceived here, so be sure to visit the bronze sculpture in his honour.
In the afternoon you will embark on a boat tour to the Isles of Scilly, a cluster of islands off the south-west coast of Cornwall. Your skipper will be a constant source of information as they take you on a guided tour of the islands. Wildlife lovers will be delighted to note that in addition to the guillemots, razorbills, and puffins, there is a chance to spot Atlantic grey seals, porpoise, and dolphins on this trip.
You will then return to St Ives where this evening you will be dining in the Harbour Kitchen, bar, and terrace. It is not very often that you get to enjoy fantastic seafood while looking out at the fishermen hard at work catching the very fish served in the restaurant. Make sure to ask your server what the catch of the day is, but if that doesn’t take your fancy there are grilled scallops, mussels, and oysters on offer. If seafood isn’t your thing, don’t worry, as the burrata and black garlic ravioli is to die for.
Accommodation – The Royal Crescent Hotel & Spa, Bath (1 Night)
Transport – Executive Vehicle & Private Chauffeur
Dinner Reservation – Dower House Restaurant
Your first stop of day 7 is a chance to explore the county of Devon. With pristine beaches, coastal walks, and charming little towns, Devon is a little slice of paradise on the south-west coast.
You will then make your way to Stourhead Gardens. Drawing heavily on classical Roman and Greek architecture, there are many beautiful buildings dotted around Stourhead Gardens, including the pantheon, the temple of flora, the Palladian bridge, the Bristol cross, and the temple of Apollo.
While stunning all year round, the best time to visit is in autumn when the marvellous array of browns, golds, and yellows are in full swing.
Making your way from Stourhead you will visit the city of Bath, a UNESCO world heritage site which also boasts fine examples of Roman-inspired architecture, including Roman baths. Another highlight is the Pulteney Bridge which was designed with the Ponte Vecchio from Florence in mind.
This evening you will be staying in the Royal Crescent Hotel and Spa, which, as the name suggests, is housed within an absolutely incredible crescent shaped street. Offering a warm welcome and the most luxurious surroundings one could wish for, the Royal Crescent promises an unforgettable stay.
Dinner will be served in the hotel’s Dower House Restaurant which takes pride in offering guests locally or sustainably sourced ingredients which combine to create a tasting menu of the utmost quality.

Your next stop is a trip to the world-famous Stonehenge. This collection of stone monuments was built around 5,000 years ago, and researchers still debate over its original purpose. Whatever the intention of the builders, the very fact they were able to create something so impressive all those years ago is testament to the ingenuity and dedication of the human spirit.
After marvelling at the ancient wonder of Stonehenge you will be driven to The Milestone Hotel, your accommodation for the next two nights. You’ll have time to settle in at The Milestone before heading to The Builder’s Arms for dinner.
A quintessentially traditional English pub, The Builder’s Arms is brimming with charm and character. Choose from Angus beef tartare, roasted monkfish, pan-fried gnocchi, and a range of other wholesome treats.
